I just ordered a couple of things, and when I got an email that the items had shipped, I looked at tracking to see when the order would arrive. Two months.TWO MONTHS!!! I am going to order similar goods from a more reliable seller, and when my banggood order arrives, I’m gonna throw it away so I won’t be reminded of how they suckered me.

These are good little devices - the one's I received have V3 firmware which is updated and works a little differently (namely they need CR-LF to terminate commands). Plenty of data sheets available, just be aware that some earlier Arduino sample code won't work with these but it's easy enough to convert.

They want proof and the inconvenience of a video even though I have said my macro flash I have received is not compatible with my camera. The advert clearly states works with CANON cameras. I requested a refund/even willing to return the item but the customer service is basically - we must have a video - which is so stupid! Also asked me to have the details on the bag they sent - I mean how ridiculous! I have nothing against non-English companies but I'm sorry the culture within Banggood is not in line with what would be expected of a company operating in the UK. What company asks for a video - just let me return the product or give me a refund!
UPDATE 27TH MAY: Terrible service stands. I sent a video of the macro flash not working with my camera to a live chat host. He opened a ticket again after they closed it due to no response. Another advisor came back asking me for some reference on the bag the item came in (which clearly would been thrown away) and asking to send videos again. Truly one worst services from any company been with. No proper service etiquette. I will never want to buy from this company from China that seems to be exploiting UK consumers with a mockery of a service! In future I will buy better quality items elsewhere rather than the cheap rubbish not made to last on here!
UPDATE 29 MAY: I gave 1/5 review on the product and as of yet Banggood still not published it.
The review for MAMEN RF 550D 48 PCS MACRO LED 3000 - 15000 is not published and I stated:
"Warning if you own a Canon 250D the flash will not work automatically. The light does. If you buy it, expect no help from customer service so don't bother and that is why it gets one star (the product). Twice contacted and even sent a video and they keep mentioning send another video or get the bag...it is such (an) awful (company) and that is why I give it 1/5."
NOT BEEN PUBLISHED AND AT TIME WRITING PRODUCT REVIEW IS 4.9/5. That is how corrupt and misleading this company is. There is a video on youtube about this too.
Trust no product review as they are not posting all the bad reviews. UK companies would never not publish bad reviews...dangerous company.

I am not sure how these reviews can all be genuine and I ask Truspilot to investigate as probably like their service it is very corrupt ! I posted this on wrong unclaimed profile so now putting it on here as a total disgrace how been treated by several people from this company.
SPAM: They keep sending product emails even when you unsubscribe to top it all off.
POLICY: The link they keep putting as part of the warranty policy... and "POLICY" that's a warning sign for starters.. it does not work for me anyway. Does it work for anyone else that link that keeps being posted?
FINALLY: I have been asked to be entirely removed from their records. Been told will be done in 48 hours. Will review if any problems.

The delivery time exceded my expecations. The quality of the product surprise me also. I recommend it.

It's a really nice service. I am a VIP4 client, I made many purchases and I will surely make some more in the near future. Among all my purchases, there was only one time that I was sent another item instead of the correct one and I had to resolve the issue by contacting PayPal for a full refund. So 1 star off for that isolated event. Highly recommended though!

That's the worst of the worst that I ever experienced at Bangkok. Item came 3.months after order was placed. In between I bought a house n moved n they refused to fwd. Item is lost. Very disappointed ????. Never again.

I am having excellent delivery times but almost all of my orders have quality issues, i am almost certain that the reason is the local courier comet hellas and the problems have been brought to their attention, despite these issues banggood is provising me with good after sales service refunding all affected items, i will continue to use banggood and hope these problems get resolved in the future

Bought BlitzWolf True wireless earbuds model: BW-FYE7, and I must say that it was good for the first 4 days, the music was nice, the bass was great, a little disturbance some here and there, but since is Bluetooth paired, seemed normal... until... the left earbud reduced the volume drastically, and after hitting the ground for the 2nd time, the right earbud broke the joints, and is now completely opened, holded by the cables, wich one black one disconnected himself from what looks like the battery, and now it doesn’t charge when I put it in the box

Great Prices. Items not shipped when they are marked as shipped in most cases in my experience. This may be due to partners printing label before they physically have product to ship. This would increase their stats with shipping time in a false manner. Also I received a kit without instructions and a camera that only uses a Chinese App that I can't seem to download, even though my wife, who is Taiwanese, has tried to help. Otherwise I save a lot of money, cancel orders timely. So most of time Very Good.
